MISTO PRINT – REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Misto Print for your customized printing needs. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please take a moment to review our Refunds and Returns Policy to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Misto Print customized printing product, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Misto Print account on mistoprint.com.
- Navigate to the “Order History” section.
- Select the order containing the product you wish to return.
- Click on the “Return Item” button and follow the prompts to complete the return request.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Customized or personalized items may only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including customized Printing or If the error in printing is not done by hand.
We strongly commit to getting a proof check done by our customers before printing any product.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchanging a Product
If you received a defective or damaged product, or if there was an error in customization, we will happily exchange the item at no additional cost to you. Please follow the return process outlined in Section 1.
